Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and weight of the order. For deliveries within Tamil Nadu, the shipping charge is ₹100 per kg, and for deliveries outside Tamil Nadu, the shipping charge is ₹150 per kg.
We currently ship only within India. If you wish to place an international order, please contact us directly for assistance.
We follow a strict no return and no refund policy. However, an exchange is allowed only if the product is received in a damaged condition. A clear unboxing video is mandatory to request an exchange. Requests without a proper video proof will not be accepted. If an exchange is approved, the shipping cost for the exchange must be borne by the customer.
