Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and weight of the order. For deliveries within Tamil Nadu, the shipping charge is ₹100 per kg, and for deliveries outside Tamil Nadu, the shipping charge is ₹150 per kg.

We follow a strict no return and no refund policy. However, an exchange is allowed only if the product is received in a damaged condition. A clear unboxing video is mandatory to request an exchange.
